I recently received a call to renew my membership. Is this legitimate?
Yes, ULI calls all members whose memberships are up for renewal in the United States. You will receive one or two calls as your membership approaches the end of its term.
I did not realize my membership was up for renewal. How often are members contacted before their membership expires?
Members are contacted at least six times during a three- to four-month period using a variety of media, including e-mails, printed invoices, and phone calls. Although most contact is generated by our office in Washington, D.C., your local ULI group may also contact you when your membership is up for renewal.
