I am having difficulty registering for an event. Can you help me?
Check to see if registration has closed (registration typically closes 2 days before the event date). If it has not closed, please call ULI Customer Service at 1.800.321.5011.
I’d like to attend an event but registration is closed. Can I still go?
Most events you can still show up and register onsite pending they are not SOLD OUT. However, it’s always best to call to confirm with us at 604.761.8060. Please note that sometimes registration fees increase for onsite registration.
My password is not working when I try to log-in to my profile on the ULI website. What should I do?
You can reset your password on the log-in page. If this does not work, please call ULI Customer Service 1.800.321.5011.
Why am I not receiving ULI BC emails?
Have you added ULI BC to your “safe senders” list? If yes, please make sure your email address is current by checking your ULI profile. Also ensure you have given CASL (Canadian Anti-Spam Law) Consent to receive our communications. If your information is up-to-date, and your re still not receiving our emails, please call ULI Customer Service at 1.800.321.5011.
My Company is a ULI BC Annual Sponsor. What events can I attend and how many free passes does my company have?
The number of tickets a company receives depends on their level of annual sponsorship. Please see our Sponsorship Benefits to determine what level your company is and how many tickets you should receive. Generally each annual sponsor company has a key contact that oversees their sponsor benefits. Ensure to check with your company’s contact, or reach out to us to inquire about any complimentary registrations available.
How do I become a member/renew my membership?
