Farhan Mohamed, Editor-in-Chief & Partner
Farhan Mohamed is the Editor-in-Chief and a partner of Daily Hive, the hyper-local publication formerly known as Vancity Buzz, which expanded its newsrooms into Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal in 2016. He was brought on during the company’s grassroots stage in 2012, when it was a passion project with no full-time employees. Farhan has a BBA from Capilano University and for the past 2 years was named to Vancouver Magazine’s Power 50 list as one of the most influential people in Vancouver. In 2017, he interviewed Prime Minister Justin Trudeau at the YPO Edge conference in Vancouver.

Trevor Carr, CEO Noise Digital
Over the past 20+ years, Trevor is well respected and known for being at the forefront of innovation in the marketing industry. Utilizing his immense expertise and experience in the marketing realm, Trevor has led Noise Digital through multiple business phases, pivoting the company each time to match the rapidity of change in the digital marketing landscape. In addition, Trevor has successfully established Noise as one of only three Canadian agencies to become an accredited Google Marketing Platform partner, as well as an Adobe Suite certified partner.
Louise Simkin, Director of Strategy
Louise brings over 12 years of marketing experience and a diverse skill set in data-driven strategy development for brand such as Air New Zealand, Westpac Bank, Vodafone and Whirlpool. In 2013, she was brought in for her strategic expertise, helping Noise deliver data driven strategies and digital marketing consulting practices to clients. Louise leads the agency’s strategy and media planning teams, consulting engagements as well as business development.
