Mackenzie is the Vice President of Development at QuadReal, a real estate company with over $61.2 billion in assets under management globally with their partner BCIMC. In Metro Vancouver, QuadReal has become one of the largest developers in the area’s history with over 10,000 homes and ~7MM+ SF of commercial space in different stages of development. Notable sole-development and development partner projects include the 18-tower master development: Sapperton Green, ~1MM SF “The Post” office project, 15-acre Capilano Mall re-development, 28-acre Oakridge redevelopment with Westbank, Archetype residential-industrial project with Hungerford, 500ft Burquitlam tower with Townline and 11-acre Coquitlam centre development with Marcon.
A graduate of the University of British Columbia in 2002, Mackenzie has spent 15+ years in the development industry with some of Vancouver’s most prolific and successful developers working on design and approvals of projects in a multitude of asset classes and housing types in nearly every municipality. She is an active voice in the industry participating in a number of groups over the years including the UDI Under 40 Executive Committee, the City of Richmond Public Art Advisory Committee, the Women of UDI Committee and Forum for Women Entrepreneurs BC.
