This is the second event in WLI BC's Certificate Series on Development Community which will focus on Transit-Oriented Development. Participants will hear from PCI’s President, Tim Grant, and their Development Manager, Mike Dillman, where they will discuss challenges & lessons to date with PCI’s 1477 West Broadway development at South Granville Station. The PCI team will also introduce their other Broadway Subway-oriented development proposals that are close to VCC-Clark Station, GNW-EC Station and Arbutus Station.

Introduction and review of challenges & lessons to date with PCI’s 1477 West Broadway development at South Granville Station. PCI will also introduce its other Broadway Subway-oriented development proposals.

PCI’s 1477 West Broadway project is currently under construction for completion in summer 2025. This large-scale project includes the new South Granville Station, which is part of the Millennium Line SkyTrain Extension along Broadway. The new building includes street level retail, grocery, office and 223 rental homes including 20% secured for moderate income households.
