    Vice President, Development, PATH Developments

    Matthew Davis brings over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in acquisitions, development, sales and marketing. As Vice President of Development at PATH, he leads the company’s development operations, guiding projects from acquisition and design to approvals and execution. Matthew began his career in real estate advisory with Newmark Knight Frank Devencore in Toronto after earning an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. Since joining PATH in 2014, he has played a pivotal role in expanding its residential and commercial portfolio, leveraging his expertise in underwriting and executing new multifamily and mixed-use developments. With a keen focus on strategic growth and market-driven decision-making, Matthew continues to drive the success of PATH’s development initiatives.
