In December, the federal government introduced A Healthy Environment and a Healthy Economy, Canada’s new climate plan. It’s a plan intended to “cut pollution, make life more affordable and create thousands of good jobs and new careers in construction, technology, manufacturing and sales.” What does this mean for real estate and the economy? How will this affect real estate’s investment decision-making? What are leading real estate companies already doing to decarbonize their operations in anticipation of this legislation?

ULI Toronto, Alberta, and British Columbia are hosting this all-Canada webinar bringing experts from across the country to explore the implications of this climate plan on economics and the real estate industry overall.
