As the importance of DEI and ESG continue to accelerate in real estate, industry progress on diversifying its workforce, improving equity outcomes for staff across lines of difference, and building more inclusive workplaces remains essential. But how much progress have we made in recent years, and how can we drive more meaningful action?

The second annual Global Real Estate DEI Survey 2022 provides that insight, continuing a vital benchmark that reveals changes in employee demographics around age, gender, and race/ethnicity across seniority and job function, as well as reporting on trends for common and impactful corporate practices of recruitment, retention, training, inclusivity, accountability, and pay equity. Join this webinar to learn more about the survey’s findings and hear industry leaders discuss the state of DEI in real estate at the start of 2023.
