Following our successful virtual event, Cascadia Disrupted in November, and the presentation of ULI's and PwC’s insightful Emerging Trends In Real Estate® 2021 report,  ULI BC is pleased to bring the discussion to the local market with a panel of industry experts to discuss local emerging trends in real estate as it relates to the Metro Vancouver real estate market.

Where does Metro Vancouver stand in 2021 and what is the impact of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic?

With a US Election, a BC Provincial Election, the state of local politics in the region, and of course the pandemic and its ensuing local and global forces, there are many unique factors affecting the real estate market. Our carefully curated panel will dive into a discussion around these various influencers and share their knowledge on where our region is heading.
