Coffee and Conversations is ULI BC’s monthly early morning coffee speaker event held either virtually or in-person, where all real estate professionals can drop in to meet other like-minded colleagues and hear new thoughts and ideas surrounding real estate development. Developers, builders, architects, urban planners, engineers, acquisition officers, brokers, mortgage professionals, appraisers, students – all real estate focused professionals…this event is for you! Open to ULI members and non-members. This event is free to attend for members, $5 for non-members. Registration is required in both circumstances.

We are delighted to have Jack Bernard, VP of Developer Services at rennie, join us for a virtual coffee and conversation! In this session titled “Presales & Perspectives: Insights from Jack Bernard” we’ll delve into the current state of the presale market, exploring key projects Jack and his team are working on and the data that shapes their approach. Attendees can expect to gain valuable perspectives on market trends and an outlook for 2025.

The discussion will be followed by a Q&A. Feel free to bring any question that you have for Jack about his work, projects, or professional life. Alternatively, you can also email us at [email protected] and we will select a few as part of our discussion.

    Jack Bernard

Vice President of Developer Services, rennie

Jack Bernard started with rennie in 2009 after having worked as an in house sales agent for Intergulf Development Group. At the time he operated as a Sales Coordinator on pre-sale sites and held his own Real Estate business as a Sales Advisor. Through the past 15 years he has operated at Sales Advisor, Sales Manager, Senior Sales Director and now VP of rennie's Developer Services. His experience reaches across BC, into Alberta and more recently in the US, albeit in a more limited capacity. His love of development and place making has kept him as a staple within the rennie ecosystem and he continues to enjoy digging into making new communities livable, saleable and beneficial to their surrounding neighbourhoods.
