    Kate O'Neill

    Senior Development Manager, PCI Developments LP

    Kate’s been with PCI Developments for over three years and brings 10+ years of development industry experience to all her projects. Her current projects have a strong focus on transit-oriented development in Vancouver, including PCI’s Broadway and Granville mixed-use development, which involves the delivery of a new SkyTrain station integrated within the building footprint. Outside of PCI Kate pursues excellence within Greater Vancouver’s commercial real estate industry. She is a chartered surveyor, sits on the Women of UDI Committee, and she was recently appointed by the City of Port Moody to sit on their Advisory Design Panel. Kate holds her MA in Planning and Development from the University of Sheffield.

    Dan Garrison

    Urban Design and Sustainability Department. Dan holds a Master of City Planning degree from the University of Manitoba. He joined the City of Vancouver in 2007 and has played an increasingly central role in guiding the City’s housing policy, programs, and project delivery functions. Dan has worked on housing and homelessness issues in British Columbia for over 20 years, including at Metro Vancouver’s Homelessness Secretariat and the Province of BC’s Housing Policy Branch.

    Jessica Hathaway

    Jessica joined Colliers in 2012 and specializes in the sale of investment and redevelopment properties throughout Metro Vancouver. She works alongside Simon Lim and James Lang to provide flawless service delivery to their clients, who range from institutional investors to local developers, private property owners and offshore entrepreneurs. To Date, Jessica has sold over $7.0 Billion volume and has completed over 180+ transactions. The Broadway Plan is near and dear to Jessica, and one of her favourite topics to discuss.
