WLI BC is proud to offer the Certificate Series of events which provides a unique skill-building series of workshops to forward our mandate in BC. This year, there will be three workshops focussed on Project Management offered as part of a WLI certificate program throughout 2020.

Join WLI BC and Tegan Smith on Thursday, July 23rd for the first in this three-part series of Project Management workshops.

Real estate investors, government, First Nations and non-profit organizations are overwhelmed by how difficult it can be to navigate land use regulations. During this workshop, Tegan will guide you through the difficult process of project approvals. Join us to learn more about what resources are available to you, how to navigate your project through the approval process efficiently and how this can reduce costs and improve timelines.

Principal, Channel Project Approvals Tegan Smith is a great listener and questioner, who loves connecting people. She helps project leaders in government, real estate, non-profit and First Nations organizations navigate land use regulations. Her depth of experience spans private and public sectors, including: Hungerford Properties, Port of Vancouver, TransLink, and she has worked with most Lower Mainland municipalities. Tegan is a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners and holds a master’s degree in City Planning. She is an active member of the Vancouver development community and member of Lambda Alpha International. Tegan's passion is in working with people at bettering communities.
