The Hive 2150 Keith Drive Vancouver, BC V5T 1E6 CANADA

    SOLD OUT!
Email ULI BC to be added to waitlist.

The Hive at 2150 Keith Drive is a 10 storey mass timber office building currently in construction. Utilizing interior CLT shear walls and timber braced frames at the perimeter of the building with Tectonus seismic dampers, the building is currently regarded as one of the — if not the most — seismically-advanced timber structures in the world. Located at the eastern gateway to the False Creek Flats neighbourhood and directly adjacent the VCC Clark Skytrain Station, it is an example of sustainable transit oriented development.

The tour will take attendees through the in-construction building as the mass timber structure goes up and the building envelope is installed.

    Site Location:

There is street parking near the project site which is the most viable option of parking if driving. We also encourage using transit to get to site or cycling as there are bike racks at the VCC Clark Station. The tour will meet and start at the north east corner at Keith Dr. and E 6th.
