Join us at our exciting Speaker Series with Gino Nonni (CEO) and John Conicella (COO) of Serracan Properties, where they will share their backgrounds, career trajectories, and advice for young real estate leaders.
Gino and John will also present Serracan’s recent mixed-use project, Fraser Commons, including the conceptualization and creativity in its rezoning and construction, from a 100-room hotel site to a 363 unit, 4-building project with retail, public space, and daycare.
Following the discussion, we welcome and encourage guests to engage in a Q&A with Gino and John, while enjoying socializing and drinks on the rooftop patio.

John Conicella

Chief Operating Officer, Serracan

John Conicella has 25+ years experience in real estate development operations and design, construction and development management. John led many significant developments in a variety of sectors including: mixed-use, residential, retail, office, health-services and industrial. Most recently prior to Serracan, John served as President of British Pacific Properties, and previously led business and development strategy at Wesgroup Properties, establishing and growing its development operations. During his tenure the development program successfully delivered well over 1 million SF of new buildings in all asset classes, and rezoned over 250 acres of land. John is a past President of NAIOP Vancouver.


Gino Nonni

Chief Executive Officer, Serracan

Gino Nonni has a 35+ year background in acquisitions, corporate real estate operations, and development. His tenure has enabled him the opportunity to oversee significant landmark developments in addition to managing a complex portfolio of income producing properties. Gino’s experience includes running the Investment Division for Western Canada at Colliers International, and was subsequently President of Wesgroup Properties. Gino was instrumental in the development and construction of over 1 million SF of income producing assets.
