Gabe Chung is a seasoned banking professional with over 25 years of retail and commercial financing experience. He has held various roles at Canada’s largest financial institutions, gaining valuable insights into the intricacies of financing with particular expertise in the area pre-development, construction and long term loans. Currently serving as the Director of Commercial Real Estate for the National Bank of Canada, he has played a crucial role in shaping the bank's real estate portfolio and growing the real estate team in Western Canada. Gabe is proud to be born and raised in Burnaby where he attended Simon Fraser University and successfully completed his bachelor and master degrees.

Lester Chow handles various types of financing, including term, construction, and bridge/mezzanine financing. His clientele ranges from locally run family businesses to private investment funds to publicly traded real estate companies. Mr. Chow has 35 years of experience in commercial real estate finance. Prior to joining CMLS in 2005, Mr. Chow held a senior commercial real estate financing position at a major Canadian financial institution. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in urban land economics from the University of British Columbia.

Charlotte joined Townline in 2014 and is currently a Development Manager working on a diverse portfolio of non-market housing projects for TL Housing Solutions, a sister company to Townline. She is responsible for leading the design and engineering teams to meet client goals and achieve municipal approvals, and works with the in-house construction team to deliver high quality affordable housing projects across the Lower Mainland. As a result of her non-market housing experience, she is very familiar with the design requirements and financing programs of BC Housing and CMHC. Prior to her role as Development Manager, Charlotte’s work at Townline involved sourcing debt and equity financing, partnership formations, land acquisitions, and corporate forecasting for Townline’s market condo and rental projects across Canada and the United States. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Sauder School of Business at UBC. She is a committee member of the Young Leaders Group at the Urban Land Institute of BC. Other real estate industry organizations she has been involved with in the past include CREW and UDI.
