ULI BC is delighted to bring a discussion around the opportunities for mass timber in BC with “The Future of Sustainable Building: Mass Timber’s Role, Rising Costs, and Meeting Provincial Code”. We will hear from experts in the field whom will shed light and share insights on mass timber being a preferred sustainable resource for building, along with the drivers of carbon, technology, regulatory changes (including environmental performance), social concerns, and more.

We will hear from each of our speakers briefly before diving into a moderated discussion that will be lead by Rachel Thexton, ULI BC’s newest Executive Committee member. Following the moderated discussion, we will open it up to audience Q&A.
