The Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI) British Columbia is part of a global ULI network supporting and promoting the advancement of women in all disciplines of the real estate industry. With support from our WLI BC Annual Sponsor, Norton Rose Fulbright, the BC Chapter of WLI is proud to launch a new and unique skill-building series of workshops to forward our mandate in BC. There will be three workshops offered as part of a WLI certificate program throughout 2019 designed to enhance your leadership abilities. We hosted our Negotiation Skills Workshop and our Media Training, Speaking & Messaging Workshop earlier this year and now we are delighted to host our third and final of the series in November!

WLI BC is excited to welcome Dr. Robert Daum to host our Facilitation Skills Workshop. The workshop will follow our usual format: attendees can expect to hear from Robert in a lecture-style presentation followed by real-world examples of facilitation in action and hands on learning.

We encourage participants to come prepared with a case study in mind where they utilized (or could have benefitted from using) facilitation skills to reach a decision with a diverse group of stakeholders.

    See Robert's bio below.
