    Coffee and Conversations is ULI BC’s monthly early morning coffee networking event, where all real estate professionals can drop in to meet other like-minded colleagues, further their contact base, and share thoughts and ideas about industry issues that we are all so passionate about. Developers, builders, architects, urban planners, engineers, acquisition officers, brokers, mortgage professionals, appraisers, students – all real estate focused professionals…this networking event is for you! Open to ULI members and non-members. This event is free to attend for members, $5 for non-members. Registration in advance is required in both circumstances.

The topic will be “Interiors and Design with Craig Stanghetta of Ste-Marie Art + Design.” This will be followed by a Q&A.     Craig Stanghetta, as the Principal and Founder of Ste. Marie, is a leader within the interior design, restaurant and art community in Vancouver. A graduate of York University, he founded Ste. Marie in 2013 and, along with his team, have become one of the most in-demand design firms in Vancouver. Ste. Marie initially focused on restaurants creating some of Vancouver’s most iconic and celebrated establishments including – the Botanist, Kissa Tanto, Bao Bei, Ask for Luigi, Revolver, Pidgin, Homer Street Café, and Como Taperia just to name a few. An entrepreneur through and through, Craig not only designs these highly acclaimed restaurants but is involved in the operations and success being a co-owner and co-creator of Osterio Savio Volpe and Pepinos Spaghetti House. With this careful and poised entrepreneurial spirit, Ste. Marie continues to branch out of restaurants to be involved in retail, like Cadine that is up for a 2021 Dezeen award. Additionally, Ste. Marie has begun to work on multi-family projects, like Format by Cressey, that has flexible and customizable furniture and space depending on the resident’s needs and choices.
