Small Housing Summit

When: November 17, 2018
Where: Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre

The Small Housing Summit is a one-day conference that blends dialogue and action around the topic of small housing. The Summit consists of two panels, one on design and the other on financing structures and small housing. There will be two case studies, or what we call, Small Housing Challenges, whereby selected participants will have an hour to share their project issues and get the ear of expert panelists and experienced practitioners in the room. Lastly, the conference will showcase the lessons learned from SHBC’s latest multi-year project, Bringing Little Homes to the City, with participating municipalities: Maple Ridge, Nelson and Vancouver. The Summit ends with an evening networking event in partnership with BC Non-Profit Housing Association’s Housing Central conference.

Note: Sessions are eligible for AIBC and PIBC educational points.
