Founder of Tribe Property Technologies, Joseph Nakhla leads the vision for a comprehensive suite of products and services that cater for building and managing residential communities. Tribe Property Technologies is a technology-enabled platform of services that works together with owners, residents, councils, and developers to understand community and what that means from pre-construction to post-occupancy. Episode 1: Reina Condos

For WLI BC’s first episode, we welcomed the Director of Development at Urban Capital, Taya Cook, who helped steer the very first all-female development project in Toronto, Canada. They named the development, Reina, a Spanish word for ‘Queen’. Reina today is all over the news, dubbed the most impactful project of the year and a game changer when it comes to how building teams are formed, who gets to sit at the decision-making table, and what kinds of discussions are taking place.
