Young Leaders Group

The Young Leaders Group (YLG) is made up of young professionals from the private and public sectors involved in real estate industry. ULI BC YLG offers individuals under the age of 35 a variety of opportunities to become actively involved early in their career to begin building key relationships with industry leaders while assisting ULI BC YLG shape the region’s conversation in land use planning and development.

Membership for those under 35 years of age is offered at a discounted rate of 50% off an annual associate level membership per year. 

The ULI BC YLG aims to provide members with educational and information-sharing opportunities related to real estate and other affiliated disciplines. YLG programming includes regular tours of local developments, peer-to-peer workshop sessions, and mentoring roundtables, all with the objective to deliver:

  • insights from the visionaries who have shaped our neighbourhoods and communities;
  • mentoring from industry leaders in casual and candid settings and
  • networking with peers from the real estate and land use professions.
