December 15, 2021
Opening with Planning for Non-Planners on Monday, January 10, the SFU City Program’s CITY100 series consists of 10 introductory courses diving into fields like urban planning, housing policy, transportation, regional planning, data, architecture, landscape architecture, and urban sustainability. The courses are presented online and in the evenings.
Taught by field practitioners and experts, these foundational courses offer a unique opportunity for professionals in adjacent fields to broaden their understanding of how various dimensions of our built environment come together, and make connections with a diverse, talented, and motivated group of participants. In its second year, over 400 diverse professionals from across Canada have attended these courses. There are no prerequisites or applications, and you can take courses in any order. All you need is a curiosity to explore.
