This year’s Summit is a two-day gathering of over 150 thought-leaders and key innovators from the worlds of housing, planning and related local government professions, design, construction, real estate, and finance. Participants will explore emerging practices in policy and regulation, as well as proven approaches that encourage new development.

The Summit will spotlight successful gentle density home designs from leading BC designers and architects, alongside innovative work of leading international practitioners. Collaborators from across the public and industry sectors will share insights and explore cross-sector solutions to both boost supply and deliver more attainable housing solutions.
