BC Housing has a new funding call open for the Community Housing Fund (CHF), which builds homes for people with moderate and low incomes including women and women with children who have experienced or are at risk of violence; individuals leaving transitional or supportive housing that can live independently without supports; youth, including those transitioning out of care; equity and/or rights-seeking community members.

We encourage non-profit and Indigenous housing providers, First Nations, faith-based groups, housing co-operatives, and municipalities to apply. Opportunities also exist for private developers by collaborating with a non-profit housing provider, who would be the primary applicant. Further information can be found in the attached fact sheet.
