Coffee and Conversations is ULI BC’s monthly early morning coffee speaker event, where all real estate professionals can drop in to meet other like-minded colleagues and hear new thoughts and ideas surrounding real estate development. Developers, builders, architects, urban planners, engineers, acquisition officers, brokers, mortgage professionals, appraisers, students – all real estate focused professionals…this event is for you! Open to ULI members and non-members. This event is free to attend for members, and $5 for non-members. Registration is required in both circumstances.

This April, we are excited to have Zoe and Chuck Brook join us for a coffee and conversation about their intragenerational experiences in the field of development consulting. We look forward to discussing their career progression, including what made them decide to make the switch to the entrepreneurial route, their lessons learned from starting their own firms, and any recommendations for other folks looking to follow a similar path. The discussion will be followed by a Q&A.

Feel free to bring any questions that you have for Zoe and Chuck about their work, projects, or professional life. Alternatively, you can also email us at [email protected] and we will select a few as part of our discussion.
