    Coffee and Conversations is ULI BC’s monthly early morning coffee networking event, where all real estate professionals can drop in to meet other like-minded colleagues, further their contact base, and share thoughts and ideas about industry issues that we are all so passionate about. Developers, builders, architects, urban planners, engineers, acquisition officers, brokers, mortgage professionals, appraisers, students – all real estate focused professionals…this networking event is for you! Open to ULI members and non-members. This event is free to attend for members, $5 for non-members. Registration is required in both circumstances.

    Debbie Johansen

    Director of Construction , Ledcor

    Debbie Johansen is a leader in the British Columbia construction industry having been involved in some of the most renowned and high-budget projects throughout her 25+ year career across Metro Vancouver. Currently, Debbie is the Director of Construction at Ledcor, a multi-faceted Vancouer-based construction company with 30 offices around North America and 6,000+ employees. She has overseen and managed from beginning to end some of Ledcor’s largest projects including the $146MM expansion of YVR, a highly complex construction site that included a round the clock operations with 600+ workers. Her main focus now is the expansion and construction execution of Ledcor’s own development projects like Belmont in Langford, BC – a 24-acre master planning community with ~440 homes and ~160,000 SF of retail space and many others on the way as owner developed projects are a high-growth area for the company.
