    Director of Leasing, Nicola Wealth Real Estate

    Roz McQueen is an experienced leasing professional with over 17 years of experience. She has had the opportunity to work on over 20M sq. ft. of space in leading markets across North America. Her goal has always been to go beyond the six walls and use real estate as a platform to solve business problems for tenants and reinforce relationships across markets. Born and raised in Vancouver, Roz relocated to Ontario to complete her HBA at Ivey Business School and began her real estate career. Roz worked for over 10 years at Brookfield in Toronto before moving back to Vancouver to work for a major residential and commercial developer, then finally landing at NWRE. Nicola Wealth, which was established in 1994, is among Canada’s fastest-growing asset management and private investment counsel firms, with offices throughout Ontario and B.C. The firm currently has more than $12.1-billion in assets under management, including hard-asset real estate, private equity, private debt, commercial mortgages, infrastructure assets and other alternative strategies.
