This year, ULI BC is hosting our annual Emerging Trends in Real Estate event online on Tuesday, February 27th afternoon.

The event will begin with two short presentations on key themes from the ETRE24 report followed by a panel discussion, and wrapping up with audience Q&A.

Major trends in the North American ETRE24 report that we will be discussing in a BC context throughout the online event include:
    • Movement of people, globally around North America, and in Canada
    • Housing challenges
    • Challenges in office markets and downtown/CBD areas
    • Higher interest rates and a slower economy
    • Risks from Climate Change, carbon reduction requirements, and insurability

    About ETRE…

Now in its 45th edition, ULI’s annual outlook is one of the most highly regarded reports for the real estate and land use industry.
