Join us on May 18th for an expert panel of rental developers, designers, and marketers to discuss the current landscape of the purpose-built rental market and positioning trends for building amenities and suites. Strategic positioning of rental buildings is key to competitiveness as we see more rental projects come onto market in Metro Vancouver. This is a great opportunity to hear about how rental is evolving in our market and how best to attract and retain good tenants through design and management. Over a noon hour panel, we will discuss the following topics:

    • Current rental landscape (rental rates, vacancy, concessions, etc.)
    • What makes a rental building attractive to tenants?
    • The direction of amenity space and suite design
    • What trends have been working well in our local market and which trends would translate well from the US rental market

    The panel includes:

    • Anthony Lanni, EVP Residential, QuadReal
    • Andrew Emmerson, Associate Principal, GBL Architects
    • Justin Poulsen, Project Manager, Rennie
    • Sasha Somjen, Senior Analyst, Grosvenor (Moderator)
