    Joe Carreira

    VP, Development, Conwest Developments Ltd.

    Joe has over 30 years of real estate experience in both public and private sectors including extended time with BC Housing as a Director of Development for affordable housing projects. His understanding of architecture, urban design, real estate economics and approval processes make him a valuable part of the Conwest team. He has a proven track record of adding value in many areas of project development including navigating complex approvals processes and stakeholder relationships. He holds a professional real estate appraisal designation and a diploma in Architecture.

    Peter Matthews

    SVP Construction & Development, Conwest

    With a B.A. in Economics from SFU and a Diploma in Technology from BCIT, Peter has over 25 years of progressive experience in construction best practices and believes strongly in leading the industry in quality of build, site safety and customer experience. Peter was with ParkLane Homes for 18 years, and moved up through the company to become the Director of Construction. Peter joined the Conwest Group in 2014, where he leads the Joint Health and Safety Committee, and oversees all areas related to Project Management, Construction, and Service.
