Neil is a Director at BTY providing Project Monitoring and Lender Services for a wide range of construction projects across British Columbia. He brings more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry, working on projects in the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Neil’s primary focus is providing project due diligence to Lenders and helping them monitor their investments through a wide range of value-added services. He accomplishes this through expertise in budget reviews, schedule evaluation, payment certification, project progress monitoring, value of works completed assessments, and project reporting.

Throughout Daniel’s 20-plus-year career, Daniel has worked with some of Vancouver's Top Architectural firms including roles at Bing Thom Architects (Revery), James Cheng Architects, and Henriques Partners Architects. In 2011, Daniel joined Iredale Architecture where he became a Partner in 2016. In 2021, Daniel transitioned to become a Managing Principal of Kasian Architecture where he leads the Commercial Sector specializing in large Multi-family and Mixed-Use Projects. His approach to design is based on a strong commitment to the ethic of respect for his team, his clients, and the communities impacted by his work. He believes that the best design solutions emerge from the integration of input from all stakeholders to reach a balance where form, function, and community integrate and augment one another.

Elaine is the Senior Manager of People and Culture at Orion Construction, one of Canada’s fastest-growing companies in the last three years. Elaine leverages her diverse background working in various industries (telecoms, mortgage/financial services, and more) to help grow the talent pool at Orion Construction. She has a strong passion for building a thriving workplace culture and driving positivity.
